We have implemented a fix that is working, web app operations are back. We are monitoring.

We are currently investigating an issue with the web app that is preventing uploads from the web app because it thinks the user is over their limit. The API, Dedicated Gateways, and Public Gateway are currently working as expected right now. It is only the web app which has been affected.
